I made a paper chart just for fun, for an Instagram post, and I had a number of requests to share it. So, I made it into a PDF download for you. 

The first chart is Fahrenheit, the second is Celsius, third is for you to add in your own temperature range, and the final is a blank one for you to add in your own temperature range as well as what you want to track in the bottom section.

I created my own 30 day challenge to reframe my morning routine.

I find that a solid routine is key to a productive, motivated and inspired day. And over the years I have not only developed my own routine, but have certain ways that I brainstorm and implement new habits I want to add.

These are the basic outlines to my brainstorm worksheets, and can be used for many other things beyond morning habits.
