This is a pretty jam-packed course, filled with all sorts of goodies. Firstly, I've broken up this journey into six weeks, with five lessons a week (aka 30 total lessons). You'll receive a lesson a day, Monday through Friday, for the six weeks, and once you have them you can work your way through them whenever works for you.
The weekly topics covered are: why women quit, the positives & negatives of quitting, returning to normal, what to expect, how to help your body rebalance, and your non-hormonal birth control options. And there are a number of assignments/challenges/videos to go along with the lessons.
