Refresh + Reset Your Life

For when you find yourself stuck in a life rut. I wanted to compile all the work I’ve done to set up new systems, routines, and habits to hit that refresh button on life.

It includes a 22 page PDF taking you through the same process I’ve worked through myself. And it’s something you can return back to again and again as you enter into new seasons of life.

It also incorporates most of the free PDF’s below on top of the main Refresh + Reset Your Life PDF.

The Refresh + Get In Sync Planner

This is the planner I made for myself to use on my iPad (in the GoodNotes app) but it can be printed off and used as well.

Using the same concepts found in my Refresh + Reset Your Life PDF (found above) this takes you through most of what you need to get you through the month and each week.

It has a Cleaning Checklist, Money Check-In, worksheets to best sync your cycle to your calendar as well as monthly and weekly check-ins.

Pre-Trip + Post-Trip Checklists

I love lists, planning and organization. I’ve been prepping for trips like this for years and decided to put it all into two PDFs for you to use.

The first is the Pre-Trip Prep list and this is how I make sure I’m ready to go for whatever trip it is.

The second is my post-trip reset because we all know coming home and getting everything back in order and sorted out for the upcoming week can be a challenge.

Shopping List + Meal Plan Guide

This is a simple PDF to help you plan out your meals for the coming week without wasting anything you already have on hand that needs to be used up.

Here’s the video I filmed explaining my process and how to use the guide.

I’ve also included a filled-out example of the PDF of how I used it that week.

Time Block Schedule

Here’s the scheduling system I use to separate my time into “chunks” based on my current routine and life that is flexible for most regardless of whether you work from home, go to an office, are in school, you name it.

It’s simple, yet has helped me fit in all my daily tasks and habits.

Includes blank template, an example of my time block schedule and directions on how to create yours.

30 Day Morning Challenge Worksheets

I created this morning challenge before getting pregnant with my first baby, and recently used it when he was a year old to kind of hit the refresh button on my mornings and daily habits.

It has had such a positive impact each time.

There are four worksheets, which I explain if you scroll to the end of the PDF’s.

Packing Your Hospital Bag

First-time mama trying to figure out what the heck you should pack for the hospital? Take it from a second time mom over here about what I’m packing this time around based on what I actually used with my first birth.

I share my list, give you a blank list to fill in yourself and a pack list so you can make sure you pack what you can ahead of time, but also what about those last-minute things you won’t pack until go time and is there anything you need to pick up for your hospital stay?

Postpartum Prep List

With my first, I prepped quite a bit for the physical side of postpartum but didn’t know what to expect mentally.

I wanted to create something for those of you out there looking for a more realistic and mindful approach to prepping for postpartum.

This includes a list of items to consider that might make life easier on you as well as a heart to heart section about the mental side of this.

Flexible Birth Desires

Instead of creating my own “Birth Plan” I created my “Flexible Birth Desires” aka birth plan but the language I use is important to me.

This is how I worked through creating my idea birth plan but also being open and flexible to the possibility of it not going to plan.

And this strategy worked well for me with Theo so I plan to go at it in a similar way with baby #2.
